If you have read many news stories about Iraq you wouldn't have missed reading about Halliburton and its problems. It is interesting that all the negative stories about Halliburtion always, and I mean always, include references to Vice President Cheney, who, 3 long years ago, was its CEO. Most Democrats believe, without evidence, that every decision made in the White House is made to benefit Halliburton and/or President Bush's and Vice President Cheney's Texas friends. This conviction of course finds itself showing up in our fair and balanced media in little insidious ways. There is a great post on a webblog called Balloon Juice concerning this. Check it out.
